Moving into a new build soon? find out who the factor is and what they have had signed over to them on site, a really bad one in Edinburgh is Charles white ,classic money printing set up ,take the money and do little for it !

What’s ideal for factors for new builds is some assume a lot of flats are rented so no one will make a fuss if things aren’t done so it’s just sit back a let the cash roll in .

It’s a sorry mess between the builder & factors, almost best friend style and if anyone wants to point out something the denials from both side is quite shocking –

A factor gets the site signed over this should be after everything is checked over to see its fine and not going to fall to bits or fail on a regular basis due to the developers shoddy ways, if things do fail it’s the factors who should pay for repairs or sort out not the residents soon after moving in, why should owners pay for the shoddy factors unprofessional approach and not checking things properly.

Factors & developers hate digital cameras or any evidence collectors as it just proves there a shower of thieves all in the same boat – again there are no laws ruling the factors it’s a unregulated industry anyone can set it up.

Remember if you hear the words Charles white be alarmed !!

Well only the second time someone from Elphinstone holdings has bothered to reply from head office, out of 6 letters sent, not bad…is it!

A company who state their Innovators in property on the heading - just not true

A company whom boast about bringing in projects on Budget & on time ..again not true

A company who suggest having a stringent customer complaint procedure… well is the word lie to strong?

ELPHINSTONE DON’T HAVE STRINGENT ANYTHING - YOU ARE SO OUT OF TOUCH OR JUST A PLAIN OLD TRUTH BENDER TO THINK THIS!

Well Mr Carlyle if that was the case why is the local MP is involved who has had close to 30 complaints… the ones your staff didn’t bin before residents got it, and why didn’t your amateurish company have someone round when the NHBC arranged to meet one of the so called site management team to resolve the issues?

Why not …because you company is totally amateurish at what you do, we have clear proof of this just come and look!

Your company would have left the site by now if it wasn’t for being pushed and people leaking information, now you have consultants maybe you should have done this at the start of this project of failure and not nearing the end .

Elphinstone are without doubt the most arrogant over rated developers in the west of Scotland, your website has the most laughable claims – Do they stand up , the answer is clearly NO !

I wonder what buyers of the mansion at cunning park Ayr will think?
